How quickly can we start?

Discovery — 1 week. MVP for a landing — 2 weeks. Web app — 4–8 weeks from scope approval. If it is urgent — we can start within 48 hours.

Do you handle small fixes and support?

Yes. There is a retainer format starting at 10 hours/month — recommended as insurance after launch. Individual fixes — packages of 5/10/20 hours.

Is this your own team or outsourced?

Core is ours. Front-end, back-end, DevOps, design — all in-house. We strengthen with vetted contractors from our pool during load spikes. No offshore surprises.

Can you embed AI / ML into an existing product?

Yes — it is a dedicated direction. LLM chat, an assistant on your data (RAG with embeddings), custom classifiers, neural networks for specific tasks. We plug into your existing backend without rewriting from scratch.

Do you work with non-Ukrainian clients?

Yes. Half of our clients are outside UA. We invoice in USD/EUR, English documentation, calls in your time zone. The team is split between UA and EU.
